I moved from Rails development to full-time Agile coaching in 2008. I've worked on Channel Five's new gadget site, Amnesty International's world-changing social network, and other exciting rails projects with New Bamboo in London. I believe in simple software, rapid iterations, and making hard decisions early.
I like lasers, spies, shouting, and running, and don't like rules, faffing, or smoke alarms. When I'm not running games, I can be found managing web-development projects, or on a train to somewhere - anywhere - that I've never been before.
